The Blue Hearth
Karen H Wilson
The Blue Hearth is Karen’s ‘third baby’, as she’s fond of saying. Its’ conception began at the point where she found herself growing her hobby of revitalizing furniture for her interior design clients. As her twin boys grew older, the hobby expanded into a side career that needed a home, and Montgomery County, Poolesville specifically, became that home. Housing everything one might need to create unique, one-of-a-kind spaces in their homes, The Blue Hearth is rapidly becoming a home furnishings and décor destination not to be missed.
Judy Hartman & Megan Moncur
HarMonia equals these two design enthusiasts who have an unbeatable combination of great taste, a flair for the creative and a penchant for quality. All of these come together to help you find the HarMony in your home.
The Coo Coo's Nest
Jenny Maloni & Jeanette Fiallo
These two gals, and their appropriately named company, are just as likely to have a stunning French Provincial bedroom suite in their shop as they are to have a crazy collection of vintage cooking utensils or beautiful works of original artwork. They scour for the best, and revitalize with a sense of quirkiness that every home should have in it!
Carlene knows quality, and her impeccable taste helps her bring the most wonderful repurposed pieces of home furnishings and décor to The Blue Hearth. Whether it’s a reloved bed from Ethan Allen, to a dresser from Pennsylvania House, Carlene will find them for you.
Willow Tree Vintiques
Although she’s a scientist by trade, her heart is in the finding, restoring and rehoming of gorgeous furniture and objets d’art for your home. Lisa will spend hours sanding and polishing a piece until it glows with the warmth of its’ original finish, then happily offer these pieces to you.

Jae Lee & Miran Park
Classic. Timeless. Tasteful. Just some of the words used to describe the style of these two seasoned furniture revitalizers! They are always on the hunt for the classic curves of a Queen Anne-style chair, or a beautiful Art Deco vanity. Once found, they begin their process of strengthening and tightening, refinishing or painting, and bringing the piece back to life for you to enjoy.
